1. Returns and Exchanges

At Minimum, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our home decor products. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

2. Eligibility for Returns

  • You may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

3. Non-Eligible Items for Returns

Please note that the following items are non-returnable:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Gift cards.

4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Contact Customer Support

  • Contact our customer support team at minimumhomedecor.represent@hotmail.com to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Please provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and a brief reason for the return.

Step 2: Receive RA Number

  • Upon approval, you will receive an RA number and detailed return instructions via email.

Step 3: Package Your Return

  • Ensure that the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  • Include a copy of the packing slip or a note with your RA number.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

  • Ship the return package to the address provided in the return instructions.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.

5. Refund or Exchange

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email.
  • If the return is approved, you will have the option to receive a refund or exchange for an item of equal value.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-15 business days and will be credited back to the original payment method.

6. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part.
  • You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with clear photos of the item and packaging.
  • We will provide instructions on how to proceed with a replacement or refund.

9. How does shipping work?

This means that your order is shipped from global areas like Thailand, Brazil, China, India, etc. As we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 3-5 weeks to arrive, Please don’t panic if it doesn’t show up immediately. it’s on it’s way !! We also offer international shipping options - no matter where you are, you can shop with us!
